What is the Subclass 482 Visa?
The Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage visa allows Australian businesses to sponsor overseas workers to fill skilled positions where suitable local workers cannot be found.
This visa allows the holder to live and work in Australia for an approved employer for up to four years, depending on the occupation and visa stream.
The Subclass 482 visa replaced the former Subclass 457 visa.
The process
