    Disbursements are third-party costs incurred as part of your matter. These may include title searches, property certificates, PEXA fees, registration fees, council and water certificates, and other government or authority charges.

    The fixed fee includes an initial consultation, preparation of the agreed documents, reasonable amendments and an appointment to sign the documents.

    Additional fees may apply where an estate plan involves testamentary trusts, overseas assets, business or farming interests, a blended family, vulnerable beneficiaries, questions about decision-making capacity or substantial taxation advice. Any additional fee will be discussed and agreed upon before further work is undertaken.
