Offshore Partner Visa (Subclass 309 / 100)

If you are outside Australia and in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be eligible for a Partner Visa (Subclass 309/100).

At O’Haire Legal, we handle the entire process—from initial eligibility assessment through to permanent residency.
