You can apply for divorce in Australia if:
You have been separated for at least 12 months
You are legally married
You or your spouse is an Australian citizen, resident, or regards Australia as home

Our Fees

Our professional fee is $900 inclusive of GST.
The service fee, if any is between $99-$150 depending on location of spouse.
The court application fee is $1,125. Reduced to $375 if you hold a concession card, receving youth allowance or ABSTUDY, or under 18 years of age.

$200 inclusive of GST - If you are separated but still living in the same house, we need to prepare an affidavit by a party or a witness.
